It all started...

Well i guess you could say that the past several years have flew by...It seems like yesterday Reeves and I started dating. Wow! now we are married with a little one on the way. It seems like God has carried us through so much the past two years. Well lets do a little re-cap... we started dating in 2004, we got engaged in 2006, also in 2006 we moved to Gulf Shores to help start a Masters Commission. In August of 2007 we tied the knot!!! WhOo Yoo! We married as best friends and I can say that we are still best friends today. Also in 2007 we felt that God was leading us back to Birmingham so here we are. We came back not really knowing what we were going to do in ministry, ( we know that is our heart) so we just worked. We started helping with Cultivate (the most amazing youth ministry in Birmingham) at the Summit Church. in 2008 we became the youth pastor's of Cultivate. That was an amazing time in our life. In Cultivate there are some amazing students who are on fire for God and are ready to change the world. As a year of being youth pastor's came to a close our hearts were burdened for the lost... we started praying and God has now leading us into the calling of full-time Evangelist. This is a huge step of Faith for us but I know that God has gone out before us and is opening doors that have been shut for a long time and lives of students and adults alike are going to be radically changed by the power of God. Also even more important than that we are HAVING A BABY!!! I know i cant believe it either.. Reeves and Jenn are having a baby!?! After trying for a while God Finlay answered our prayers. This is such a blessing. As of now our due date is February 12Th 2010. We have been to the doctor once and we had our first little picture done and we saw the heart beat which was really amazing!!! God is so great! The baby is doing well and I have been OK. If i can just keep my iron levels up ill be doing even better. Well i guess this is my first blog I will be updating as we have more Doctor visits.
